I do love a bulk cook up, because who can be bothered cooking every night? 🤣

Feed a Family coconut chicken curry for tea tonight, and look how much is leftover! 😍 This will go straight to the freezer for a quick midweek meal that’s ready to go in minutes.

Chocolate and cinnamon self saucing pudding for dessert, this recipe makes a huge serve so leftovers will go to the fridge for tomorrow nights dessert.

Ok finished product 🥰

My instructions were to create a “bling” 60th birthday cake. I had so much fun putting this one together. 😍

Pictures in their travel boxes because of course I forgot to photograph them together before boxing them up 🤣

Dinner tonight - pork cannelloni with veggie sauce 🤤 🤤 😍

I love these layered cooking recipes - the sauce cooked in the bowl while steaming the cannelloni in the Varoma.

The sauce itself was delicious, I’ll make that again to put on plain pasta. And the best part is it had soooo many veggies in it 🥰

Photos don’t do it justice, I’ll definitely be making this one again ❤️

Something a little different - I made these fondant cake toppers for a friend celebrating the impending arrival of their bundle of joy 👶🏼

I’m not the best at these kind of things 😅 but pretty happy with the end result. 🥰

Anyone else feel like all they do in the school holidays is feed their children? 🫠🤣

It’s Hubby’s birthday today! 🥳🎉🎁

Our family tradition is usually take away pizza but Hubby, bless his cotton socks, just wanted simple homemade spag bol and garlic bread 🥰

🥖 everyday sourdough loaf
🍝 Skinnymixers chunky bolognese
😍 fresh pasta dough

Made plenty to feed all 10 of us with some leftover for lunch tomorrow 🥰
