It’s a mess but as the sign says it’s “my happy place”.
Thanks for the valentines present babe - time to myself 💕

Little weekend project here at DBD thanks to my handy hubby (LJB Contracting).
Next time it rains I won’t be cleaning up water/mud from my workshop 🥳☺️
Not just functional but looks great 😊

The final top coat is done and she is soooo shiny!
I’m never going to have my sisters talent for photography so the photos don’t do it justice.

Being my first table top I’ve learnt a few valuable lessons with this piece but overall I’m pretty happy with her.
Next…to do hubbys side table 🤔 so many options.

The past 7+ weeks I have been recovering from a major surgery. I am super excited to have the chance to get my hands dirty and create something. You all know how much I hate sanding but that smooooth finish at the end is all worth it! The final top coat is going on this baby tonight. My first side table (for my lounge room).

I was asked “oh what was your inspiration, what were you thinking when you poured this?” Ummmmm “I like pink and black”. Safe to say I’m never going to be a great artist 😂

Collaboration with my Mum!
Mum and I (mainly mum 😂) have been busy bees 🐝 in the last few weeks creating these cute key fobs. I can’t sew to save myself so the lions share of the work is mums on this one.
