Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions:
By making a purchase of a gift certificate for yourself or a third party you and the third party(ies) agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. This certificate is treated as cash - it will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is considered void if it does not contain a valid expiry date, authorized signature and unique identifier code.
2. The identifier code is registered to the customer who purchased the gift certificate unless the name of the recipient is provided at the time of purchase.
3. This certificate can be transferred to a third party with written approval from Serendipity Images.
4. This certificate is non-refundable in whole, or in part for cash
5. This certificate may be used to fund a session or part thereof; In the event of partially funding, a cash deposit is still required to secure your booking.
6. In the event that the value of your gift certificate exceeds the value of your session, the gift certificate must be forfeited and a new gift certificate issued for the remaining value, with a new expiry date.
7. All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed with Serendipity Images.
8. After the expiry date, Serendipity Images has no obligation to accept this certificate but may do so at our discretion.
9. Serendipity Images reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Serendipity Images is final.
11. Failure to attend a booked session will forfeit the certificate.
12. All prices are in Australian dollars and foreign currency is not accepted
