Wow! - I’m not a “manual mode” cooker (Cookidoo 👸🏽), even though I own nearly every skinnymixer cookbook. I was looking for a recipe to use seafood marinara mix, went to SM website to see what they had available and come across:

I had flathead in our freezer from the travelling trawler fish van. This was full of flavour and could easily be bulked up with coconut rice to serve larger family.
