We are thrilled to announce that two of our recent projects have been honoured with QHA 2024 Awards!

1) The Brook Hotel has won the award for Best Redeveloped Hotel - Accommodation Division.
2) The Blue Mountain Hotel has been recognized as the Best Hotel Bar - General Division - Regional.

We are incredibly proud to have designed these outstanding venues and extend our heartfelt congratulations to both The Brook Hotel and The Blue Mountain Hotel for their well-deserved awards. These achievements reflect our team's hard work and innovative spirit, and we are honoured to see our vision come to life in such a remarkable way.

Nestled by the serene beauty of Moreton Bay, The Manly Hotel has undergone a stunning transformation!

In collaboration with the Endeavour Group and ALH Group, Cayas and Ward have meticulously redeveloped this historic pub into a contemporary hospitality venue, blending rich heritage with modern design.

The new spaces include a chic restaurant, vibrant main bar, cozy internalized beer garden, terrace spaces, and a sleek gaming room. Each element reflects our commitment to design excellence and a holistic hospitality experience. In a region full of new venues, The Manly Hotel stands out with its authentic pub atmosphere, combining laid-back conviviality with modern comforts.

We’re proud of our decade-long partnership with the Endeavour Group and ALH Group, ensuring The Manly Hotel remains a vibrant part of Manly's hospitality scene.

C+W is thrilled to showcase our latest project, reinventing the main entry and cafe at North's Leagues and Services Club!

Our goal was clear, to create a vivid and engaging experience for guests. The new entry boasts a striking ribbed structure, intelligent lighting system, cascading water feature, and LED screen, creating a dynamic ambiance. The cafe refurbishment includes a new external
terrace, seamlessly integrating with the design for a pleasant environment.

A testament to a decade of collaboration with North's Leagues Club and QCM group, this project showcases our commitment to enhancing guest experiences.

We are thrilled to unveil the recently completed refurbishment and re-positioning of the historic Metropole Hotel, adjacent to the Oaks Metropole Hotel. Our aim was to breathe new life into this beloved old pub, crafting a vibrant, contemporary space that pays homage to its rich history.

Our comprehensive redesign included new bars, a gaming room, function rooms, and diverse dining spaces. Drawing inspiration from the pub’s storied past and regional influences, we merged heritage subtropical plantation vibes with nautical elements to create a distinctive and inviting atmosphere.

Key features like custom joinery and intricate ceiling detailing add layers of sophistication and charm, reflecting the hotel's historical essence with a modern flair.

Adding to our leadership team alongside Con Cayas and Jeremy Ward is Marios Alexandrou, who brings extensive experience in the Hospitality design sector, amongst others.
