🌭 **EVER WONDERED WHAT TYPE OF SMALLGOODS TO MAKE – AND WHAT IT ALL MEANS?**

Salami, Mettwurst, Kransky, Cabana, Pepperoni, Strasburg, Frankfurt… there are plenty to choose from, but they’re definitely not all the same!

And **“wurst” simply means sausage** — so when someone asks for a “wurst”, the next question is: *what type?*

Here’s a quick guide:

🌭 **Kransky** – A cooked and smoked sausage, usually with a coarse texture. Great plain or with cheese.

🔥 **Cabana** – A seasoned, smoked sausage with a distinctive savoury flavour. Great hot or cold.
