Some nights you just can’t be stuffed. 😂

And those nights call for one of my absolute go-to dinners…

🐟 SALMON PASTA BAKE 🧀

The best part? The Thermomix did most of the work! 🙌

It helped me:
🥦 Cook all those veggies
🍝 Cook the pasta
🧀 Chop the cheese
🤍 Make the creamy white sauce

Then it was simply a matter of throwing everything into the baking dish, topping it with all that cheesy goodness and letting the oven do its thing. 🔥

It’s not fancy. It’s not complicated. It’s just proper, delicious food without making dinner a whole production.

Because sometimes you want a home-cooked meal… you just don’t want to work too hard for it! 😂

This is exactly why I love my Thermomix — less chopping, less washing up, less effort… and dinner still looks like this! ❤️

This delicious meal was created today in around an hour! 😍

Did you know that you could make a complete 2 course meal at once in the Thermomix? 🤯
This incredible recipe cooks a creamy delicious soup in the bowl, while the chicken and veges are steaming above. What’s even better is that part of the soup is reserved at the end, a few ingredients added and a creamy sauce is made to pour over the chicken and veges. Talk about multitasking!! 💪👏🙌🏻🤩

Dinner ready BEFORE school pick-up... who even am I?! 😂🙀

I don't think this has ever happened before... but today I was organised enough to have dinner cooked by 2:30pm! 🎉

We've got a busy afternoon out of the house, so I decided to make life easy and let the Thermomix do the hard work early.

Tonight's dinner is chicken, spinach & leek risotto (I swapped the leek for onion 😋).

One of the things I'm most excited to test is how well it holds its temperature. It'll be sitting in the Thermomix bowl for around 3–4 hours, so when we get home I'll check how hot it still is and report back! 👀
