I had some dehydrated mint and found some clove after reading some benefits - adding it is also great for supporting blood sugar….doesn’t taste too bad either
• Improves Digestion & Gut Comfort: Clove stimulates the production of digestive enzymes, which helps reduce gas, bloating, and indigestion. Meanwhile, menthol in mint acts as a natural antispasmodic to relax the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
• Relieves Respiratory Issues & Congestion: Mint contains menthol, which functions as a natural decongestant to break up mucus and ease a scratchy throat. Cloves contain eugenol, which offers anti-inflammatory and mild numbing properties that soothe throat irritation and coughs.
• Fights Bad Breath & Oral Bacteria: Both ingredients have strong antibacterial and antimicrobial actions. Clove oil and mint help neutralize odor-causing bacteria in the mouth and leave a clean, fresh breath.
• Provides Antioxidant & Immune Support: Cloves are exceptionally high in antioxidants (such as eugenol) and manganese, helping protect cells from oxidative stress and supporting overall immune defense.
• Calms Stress & Promotes Relaxation: The aromatic profile of mint combined with the gentle warmth of cloves creates a comforting ritual that helps unwind after a busy day or a heavy meal.
