Have I told you how much I love browning mode on the TM7? 😍
It’s amazing it mimics your frying pan, the blades are stationary them gives a gentle stir like you would in a frying pan. If you’re not using browning mode start using it game changer. 👏

Tonight’s tea was silverside sandwiches!

I had the silverside slow cooking in the Thermomix on Open Cooking Mode for 6 hours on 90 degrees and the original plan was to have it with veggies for tea.

But the kids had other plans! 🎃👻 we went trick or treating, and we ended up staying out a little longer than we thought.

So silverside sandwiches it was… and they were absolutely delicious! 😍

The meat was so beautiful and tender! I honestly love cooking my silverside this way. So easy, and it turns out amazing every time! 🙌

If you haven’t tried cooking silverside in your Thermomix this way yet, definitely give it a go!

Last Sunday my son made me sous vide scrambled eggs for breakfast. 🥰
I’d never had them before.
Wow! They were so good. I loved the texture of the eggs. Restaurant quality scrambled eggs right there. 👏👏👏

Have you tried them? Yes they take longer than normal scrambled eggs but so worth it.

Tonight we tested out the Ovana 360 pizza oven for the first time and let me tell you it is amazing! 🙌 Omg I’m in love with the rotating stone. We made everything from scratch from the dough grated the cheese. So satisfying and delicious. 👏🥰

Egg boiler mode!
I forgot to post this yesterday.

I love this mode so much. So easy and perfect everytime. No guessing how it’s cooked and no pot boiling over. 👏👏👏
