When I need a bulk amount of rice. I use this recipe. Some times I’m feeding 8 and this is my go to.
Recipe says 400g of rice but I do 600g of rice and 600g of water. Comes out perfect everytime. ☺️

Rice in the Thermomix is one of those little things that never gets old.

Set it, forget it, and come back 20 minutes later to perfectly cooked rice every single time. 🍚👌

Quick sweet potato chicken curry from Skinnymixers The healthy mix 4 book for tea tonight.
It’s so quick, so easy and absolutely a winner! 🙌 I make this a lot.

Today I popped over to help one of my customers learn how to use her TM7 Cutter+ attachment. She wasn’t quite sure how it worked and was finding it a little confusing, so we spent some time going through everything step by step.

I’m happy to say she’s now feeling more confident and knows exactly how to get the most out of it!

Want to know one of the ways I save money in the kitchen?

A stocked pantry.

I’m all about saving money when it comes to cooking, and having the basics on hand is one of the biggest ways I do it.

I buy staples when they’re on special, stock up when the price is right, and build my pantry over time.

That means fewer trips to the supermarket, less impulse spending, and most of the ingredients I need are already here when it’s time to cook. ☺️

I didn’t build this pantry overnight, it’s something I’ve built up over time by topping things up as I use them.
