Our Christmas toy drive has begun with our first donations wrapped and placed in the Bluey Cabinet. We’re on a mission to fill the cabinet with presents for underprivileged kids.

Times are tough and we know everyone wants to help so here’s one way you can…we are a drop off point for:

🧸 New toys: for the main Christmas gift drive!
📚 Pre-loved toys and children’s books: in good condition, to give as extra gifts or donate to childcare centres connected with the charities.
👶 Baby and toddler clothing: pre-loved items in good condition are welcome for the childcare centres too!
🧴 Brand-new toiletries: we’re also collecting new, unused toiletries, personal care products, and little gifts for women staying in women’s shelters.

📍 Drop off at: Three of a Kind Furniture 629 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt (via rear roller door, Easter Lane)
🕘 When: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm. Weekends by appointment (call/text Komala: 0400555173)

This was a fun project from a few years ago…Harmina had a long, narrow and very colourful hallway that she wanted to utilise for storage. At first we were a bit taken aback by the colour choices, bit of a change from the usual beige brief!! But these photos show how great it looked once it all came together!

As usual, we are open by appointment over the weekend. Give Karl a call if you want to make a time to pop in! 0409 555 173

I’ve been asked a few times recently about record storage…and yes, we’ve made MANY record storage cabinets over the years! This was one of my favourites. I’m sure I’ve got some nice pics of it in situ somewhere 🤔

Give us a call if you would like to discuss…don’t forget to check your measurements ahead of time so we can give you an idea on price.

Leichhardt local, Eloise, is running a Christmas toy drive for kids and families doing it tough, and we’ve put our hands up to be a drop-off point. Our workshop is usually full of reclaimed timber, sawdust, and several butt ugly blokes, so a pile of toys will be a welcome change of scenery.

Karl, AKA Mr 300%, is also planning a little something extra. We can’t tell you what it is yet (partly because it’s a surprise, and partly because he’s still drawing it on the back of an offcut), so watch this space.

📍 Drop off at: Three of a Kind Furniture 629 Parramatta Rd Leichhardt (via rear roller door, Easter Lane)
🕘 When: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm. Weekends by appointment (call/text Komala: 0400555173)

Here’s the post from Eloise:
“Every year, my mum and I organise a Christmas toy drive for underprivileged children and children in foster care, and this year we have approximately 750 children to collect presents for!

In previous years, we’ve collected around 700 to 800 toys, and we’d love to do the same (or even better!) this Christmas!

We support Wesley Mission, Mission Australia, and Barnardos across Sydney, including Mount Druitt, Miller, Rossmore, Windsor, Hornsby, and Homebush. These are local children and families experiencing hardship, and we’d love to bring them a little extra Christmas magic.

Here’s how you can help:
🧸 New toys: for our main Christmas gift drive!

Anything you can spare would be so appreciated!
Drop off Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm at Three of a Kind Furniture (Weekends are ok too, just give us a call to make a time to pop by)
