What an incredible night we had at our *Sizzle into Spring Masterclass*!

A night filled with plenty of laughs, epic food, delicious adult beverages and some seriously good BBQ vibes! 🍖🍻

Our guests got to enjoy some absolutely mouth-watering food while learning from the one and only **Dan Barrington from Stagg And Co ** picking up new skills, tips and tricks along the way! 🔥

Today, we’re raising money for the wonderful team at **Amputees Queensland Inc** 🙌

These amazing volunteers dedicate their time to visiting people in hospitals and supporting amputees and their families as they navigate life after amputation.

They provide guidance, encouragement and, most importantly, support during some of life’s most challenging moments. ❤️

Losing a limb can turn someone’s world upside down, and the journey to adjusting to a new way of life can be overwhelming. The team at Amputees Queensland helps individuals and their families find their feet again, rebuild confidence and navigate the changes ahead, reminding them that they don’t have to face it alone. 💙

Today, we’re proud to be giving back to a group of people who make such a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

**Every donation, big or small, helps us support this incredible cause!** 🙏

Yesterday we showed you just how good Atomic Chicken’s Southern Fried Chicken Coating is… but today we decided to take things in a different direction! 😏🔥

B**R BATTERED ONION RINGS, BABY! 🧅🤤

We whipped up a batter using Atomic Chicken Southern Fried Chicken Coating and Loose Moose b**r straight from our tap 🍺, dipped our onion rings and deep fried them until golden, crispy and absolutely PERFECT! 🤌🔥

And let us tell you… THE FLAVOUR WAS UNREAL! 🤯

Crispy, crunchy, packed with flavour and ridiculously easy to make!

Just goes to show this seasoning isn’t just for chicken! 💪
