Monochromatic, moody and intentionally restrained.

The dining room at Project Lume explores contrast through form rather than colour. Strong architectural lines create a sense of rhythm and structure, softened by layered materials and natural light that bring an unexpected lightness to the space.

At its centre, a sculptural pendant introduces drama and movement, offering a deliberate counterpoint to the geometry that defines the architecture. Surrounding the table, custom-designed dining chairs upholstered in a soft grey leather add both refinement and practicality - bringing texture, comfort and durability to a space designed for everyday family living.

A room where thoughtful details, timeless materials and functional design come together to elevate the everyday.

The bathroom at Casa Loma was designed to feel like a natural extension of the home’s overall aesthetic, creating a sense of cohesion and calm throughout.

To maintain continuity, we selected the same vanity and wall lights used elsewhere in the home, allowing each space to feel connected while still having its own identity.

A walnut-look floor tile introduces warmth and depth, complemented by handmade-style ceramic wall tiles that bring texture and character. The curved wall that wraps the left side of the room is finished entirely in microcement, eliminating grout lines and softening the space with its seamless, sculptural form.

From concept to completion - the Casa Loma ensuite.

What begins as a collection of materials and ideas slowly evolves into something tangible. Every finish, every tone, every detail considered not just in isolation, but in how it works together as a whole.

The early mood board sets the direction - layering texture, warmth and restraint. From there, the design is resolved through documentation and visualisation, allowing the space to be understood before it’s built.

Slides 7 & 8 - And finally, the completed ensuite where everything comes together exactly as intended.

Good design isn’t accidental. It’s deliberate, refined, and resolved long before construction begins.
