🌼💛 Ever wondered why yellow roses are everywhere on Melbourne Cup Day?

It’s actually a beautiful little tradition!

Every major race day during the Melbourne Cup Carnival has its own signature flower, and for the race that stops the nation, it’s the yellow rose.

Symbolising friendship, joy and celebration, these gorgeous golden blooms have become just as much a part of Cup Day as the fashion, fascinators and ch*****ne!

So whether you’re heading trackside or celebrating with friends, a little touch of yellow is a nod to one of Melbourne’s favourite spring traditions.

Happy Melbourne Cup Day from The Bloom Room! 🥂💛

A little floral appreciation from a familiar face! 🤍✨

We loved seeing our beautiful Rachel Rachel Gilmore from MAFS 2026 admiring our blooms at the stunning Novotel St Kilda launch celebration! 🥂

Our floral arrangements were thoughtfully designed to complement the venue’s beautiful interiors, bringing together modern tones, lush textures and a touch of understated luxury.

There’s nothing we love more than seeing our creations become part of such special moments amongst special guests.

A beautiful venue, a spectacular launch and florals that make a statement. 🌸

THE BLOOM ROOM | Not just flowers. A statement.

🤍 It was an absolute pleasure bringing our floral styling to life for the beautiful launch celebration of Novotel St Kilda

The space they have created is nothing short of incredible, thoughtfully designed with stunning interiors, beautiful details and an atmosphere that perfectly blends sophistication with contemporary elegance.

We were honoured to be part of such a special milestone, adding our signature floral touches to complement the space and celebrate the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

A huge congratulations to the entire Novotel St Kilda team on a spectacular launch! 🥂

A little floral magic from the weekend 🌸🌹

We absolutely loved creating this beautiful arrangement for a very special bridal shower!

A gorgeous mix of soft pinks, peachy tones and deep red roses, finished with delicate seasonal blooms and lush greenery.

There’s something so special about bringing flowers together to complement a celebration, and this colour palette was just divine! 🤍
