It was wonderful to see so many people taking the time to meet our talented artists, hear the stories behind their work, and support them by purchasing original artworks.

Every conversation, visit, and purchase helps sustain our creative community and celebrates the incredible talent of local makers. Thank you for being part of it—we loved sharing this experience with you.

As a community store showcasing the work of local makers, we recognise the important role art plays in sharing culture, preserving stories and fostering connection. We are proud to celebrate First Nations creativity and encourage our community to take the time this week to learn from, listen to and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, artists and makers.

If you're visiting Equity Works this week, take a moment to discover the work of our First Nations makers and celebrate the richness, diversity and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

Happy NAIDOC Week.
