From the street, a perfectly preserved cottage, lacework veranda, picket fence, the works. Step inside and the story takes a very different turn. Brighton House pairs its heritage bones with a contemporary extension that is confident, considered and quietly spectacular.

A tranquil moment inside Belongil House — where texture and tone play in quiet harmony. Gentle sheers diffuse the ocean light, framing the sculptural presence of Cassina’s Soft Corners Side Table, its brushed metal finish offering a subtle, modern counterpoint to the space’s warmth.
