Spicy Garlic Snake Beans 🌶️🧄🐍

If you love garlic, these spicy garlic snake beans need to be on your dinner rotation. They’re savoury, slightly sweet, loaded with chilli and coated in nine cloves of golden garlic - because apparently moderation wasn’t invited. 😭

Best part? The actual stir-fry takes just a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 9 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- 300g snake beans, cut into small pieces
- 2 tsp sweet hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- salt, to taste
- 3 tsp chilli flakes
- fresh coriander, chopped

Method
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic until golden brown
2. Add the snake beans, sweet hoisin, soy sauce and chilli flakes
3. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes
4. Garnish with coriander
5. Enjoy!

These garlic chilli snake beans make such an easy vegetable side dish with rice, noodles or your favourite protein — although I could happily eat the entire pan by itself. 🌶️

15 MINUTE TOMATO BHINDI MASALA 🌶️🍅

This is the kind of recipe I LOVE - throw everything into one pan, mix it, cover it and let dinner basically cook itself. 😭

This easy tomato bhindi masala is spicy, tangy, packed with flavour and ready in just 15 minutes. No frying the okra separately, no complicated masala base, no standing over the stove for half your life.

Just add everything to the pan and let it do its thing 🙌🏽

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 500g okra/bhindi, kept whole with ends trimmed off
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1.5 tbsp chilli powder
- salt, to taste
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 4 green chillies, whole
- 1/2 cup water
- handful of coriander, finely chopped

Method
1. To a cold pan, add the chopped onion and tomato, okra/bhindi, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, mustard oil, green chillies and water
2. Mix well and turn the heat to medium
3. Simmer on medium with the lid on for about 15 minutes
4. Garnish with coriander
5. Enjoy!
