A heritage listed (significant) 1860s cottage, restored after decades of poor post-1900 additions. Street facing windows returned to their original proportions using evidence found during construction, while a new double-storey addition steps back from the street, keeping the original cottage in focus.

We have been shortlisted for College Street House in the 2026 Houses Awards for alterations and additions over 200m².


Pilbara Marble bench runs from kitchen through to garden, forming indoor and outdoor seating. Full-height Victorian Ash doors fold back to connect the addition to the courtyard and the plunge pool.

Harry the Hirer headquarters, Trenerry Crescent, Abbotsford.

Four-level workspace for a team previously on one floor. A new central void connects all levels visually and physically. Prefabricated steel stairs and bridges were craned through the roof and threaded through the heritage Cotton Mills structure.
