What’s it all about...?
Bringing together local women in a cosy craft studio in The Patch.
Any woman from 18 to 102 is welcome to come and be creative, EVEN if you don’t feel you’re creative! There’s no judgement here. We all just gather to make, gather and chat.
There’s a kiln, a pottery wheel and loads of projects on offer. Sometimes I teach and sometimes one of the participants skill-shares. We are currently learning to knit and macramé and there’s always someone making a mosaic. No pressure, no expectation. We are warm, friendly and our main rule is, “What’s said in Craft Club stays in Craft Club”. You can follow a project we have lined up or bring your own. Current classes are Monday and Tuesday 7pm to 10pm. There are also occasional weekend workshops. Coming together and making things is medicine. It’s healing and LOTS of fun!
Come once, come weekly, come monthly, bring a friend. There’s no expectation to attend regularly, although almost all of the Tuesday girls are weekly. Attendance by ticket purchase through Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/58188918622 8 seats per class. 24 hour cancellation policy. No children, no pets.
