𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗! 🏡

This Rowville kitchen was refreshed in preparation for sale — and what a difference.

The existing timber cabinetry was professionally resurfaced in Designer White 2Pac, with the benchtops transformed in Granite Stone Fleck.

The property subsequently sold — a great example of making a big visual impact without the expense of replacing a perfectly functional kitchen.

Rather than replacing, we resurfaced the existing benchtops in 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗸 – 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸, giving this Eltham kitchen a lighter, fresher look without the cost and disruption of a full renovation.

A great example of just how much can be achieved by working with what you already have — particularly when preparing a property for sale.

What a difference!

This Warrandyte bathroom is a great example of combining 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to completely transform an outdated space.

The existing shower base and wall tiles were resurfaced, while the floor tiles, shower screen and vanity were replaced — creating a fresh, modern bathroom without stripping everything out and starting again.

Preparing a property for sale doesn't always require a full renovation.

In this home, the original bathroom was showing its age, with a dated vanity and brown wall tiles that had begun to come away in places.

Having trusted us to help prepare a previous property for sale, the owners already knew the results that could be achieved through a targeted refresh.
