There’s something wonderfully satisfying about making a simple quilt! This simple quilt offers so many learning opportunities: accurate cutting, neat and consistent seams, matching intersections, pressing that actually makes your quilt come together so much more effectively and adding borders that lie beautifully flat.
In this class I’ll also share some of my favourite tips for staying organised, working more efficiently and making the whole quilting process feel easier, calmer and more enjoyable.
It’s easy to get caught up in learning complicated new techniques, but taking the time to perfect the basics can be incredibly rewarding. Whether you’re just beginning your quilting journey or have been sewing for years, you’ll find plenty of helpful ideas and satisfying skills to take away.
