Perched on a tiered Sydney Harbour site, Bay View brings together heritage and contemporary elegance.

Sculptural curves, expansive glazing and reflective forms echo the waterfront setting, while a thoughtful nod to the historic streetscape ensures the home feels as connected to its context as it does to the lives of those who live in it.

Toowong Tower reimagines a 1930s Interwar Porch and Gable home, demonstrating a deep respect for its past and a clear vision for contemporary family life.

The design preserves the home's established street presence, introducing a considered rear extension that unlocks a refined spatial sequence. The result is a home that honours heritage while embracing the rhythms of modern living.

A quiet sensitivity to materiality and craft defines the project with timber, concrete and glass working together to create warmth, lightness and connection.

Serene minimalism meets refined craft at BrownHaus, where calm tones and tactile materials elevate every
encounter.

Cream, walnut and travertine form a timeless palette, shaping a space that is warm, sculptural and quietly luxurious. Intimate yet highly resolved, every detail feels deliberate and meticulously considered to elevate the
experience.

Located in Chatswood Chase, Vic’s Meat’s retail store honours the tradition of the butcher’s craft.

The jury agreed that its bold and highly distinctive design redefines the everyday butcher shop, elevating the brand experience with clarity and confidence, while being engaging and accessible.

A strong use of colour and materiality boosts its visual identity and the interface with the shopping centre has been designed to feel both welcoming and playful, creating an inviting and dynamic retail experience.
