Sanj Bear Studios I am an artist with experience in portraits, watercolour, mixed media, needle-felting, & much more. My name is Sandra but my friends call me Sanj.

Some of the things I have experience in are: designing & creating soft toys and teddy bears, face painting, sketching/portraits, watercolour, acrylic, mixed media, inks, card making, needle felting, origami and print making. I have done a considerable amount of training in many different forms of art and it is my desire to share with others. Being surrounded by art all my life, it was a natural pr

ogression for me to become an artist. As a full-time carer and artist, I have lived experience with complicated mental illness, and as an advocate I believe this gives me a unique perspective that others may not have. I truly believe that art can be taught to anyone with the right instruction, and I’m able and willing to work with people at any level of ability or experience.

It was so much fun creating this beautiful, vibrant collaborative artwork today with Your Day Support Services and the fantastic group at Crafty Connections. It turned out so great. All set up in a new location at the beautiful Evelyn's Place. I'm excited to see how it goes there The shelf space is so much bigger. The store has a lovely inviting feel, and shelves are nicely spread out to make it easier for customers to view items at their leisure. Pop in for a look, some lovely items there.
