Dräger Melbourne HQ
There is a discipline to designing for an organisation whose purpose is centred on protecting human life.
For Dräger, one of the world's leading medical and safety technology companies, the workplace needs to reflect that same sense of care and human focus. The design responds to that with soft, organic curves that bring movement and flow through the space. Curved ceiling planes help define zones without relying on hard divisions, guiding people through the workplace with a sense of ease and continuity. It is a quiet kind of precision.
Timber slat panels introduce warmth and tactility, while biophilic elements help ground the environment in something natural and human.
A workplace designed around the people inside it, which feels particularly fitting for a client whose work is built around care, safety, and protection.
Dräger is a returning national client for Contour, having previously partnered with us on their Perth office. We're glad to see that relationship extend to Melbourne.
More to come as the project approaches completion.
