But the most successful projects begin somewhere else: “What do we need this business to 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚?”

That shift in thinking changes everything. Instead of designing around today’s team, structure or way of working, the workplace is planned to support where the organisation is heading over the next five to ten years.
