I am an artist with Autism and ADHD living in Melbourne, Australia. My niche used to be painting pet portraits and native Australian animals (with a focus on birds especially), however since an incident involving partial loss of use and nerve damage in my dominant hand, I have had to move on to other things. I've always been a lover of all things weird and wonderful, so branching out to the world
of bones and bugs just made sense. I am an avid lover of animals (with two cats and a rat of my own), and find preservation a lovely way to display and honour creatures in their departure of this mortal realm. I try to responsibly source all of my specimens used in my work, meaning that I purchase them from other Australian sellers through means like Facebook groups and Marketplace, antique/second hand stores, or even source and process the specimens myself from nature (it should be noted that all specimens for sale are legal to own Australia-wide and do not require any permits).
