One of our projects is open next weekend for an in-progress tour as part of RetroPhit month- Join us for an exclusive site tour of 'Roslyn' Cramer St — a thoughtful retrofit and extension of a 1930s Californian Bungalow in Preston, designed by us and delivered by Alwyn Projects.
Currently at pre-plaster stage, this project offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at the hidden layers of a high-performance renovation, including insulation, airtightness detailing, double glazing, ventilation systems, and moisture management strategies before they are concealed.
Rather than replacing the existing home, the project carefully upgrades and extends the original structure to create a healthier, quieter, and more comfortable forever home while preserving its heritage charm and character. Discover how thoughtful retrofit design, building science, and high-performance construction can transform older Melbourne homes for contemporary living while balancing heritage retention with long-term comfort, durability, and energy efficiency.
