Bond/End of Lease Cleans include the following:

LIVING/LOUNGE/DINNING/HALLWAYS/STAIRS
*Dust light shades and fans, removing insects and cobwebs
*Clean filters, vents etc on air conditioning units, replace remote control batteries
*Clean all windows, window sills, tracks and screens
*Dust blinds and clean curtains where applicable
*Remove marks from all walls, doors (both sides), door edges and frames, light switches and power outlets
*Remove dust from skirting boards and shelving
*Clean and mop all hard floors

BEDROOMS
*Clean and mop all hard floors
*Clean all windows, window sills and screens
*Clean walls if required
*Dust light shades and fans removing all insects and cobwebs
*Dust blinds and clean curtains
*Clean the inside and outside doors/mirrors of built in wardrobes

BATHROOMS
*clean and mop floors
*Remove any mould and soap scum, water marks present
* filters, vents
*dust blinds and curtains
* clean toilet, basin ,taps drawers
*Remove marks from walls

KITCHEN
*Clean and mop floors
*wipe bench tops, cupboards doors, and shelves
* clean stove top
* clean oven
*Clean basin, taps and vanity drawers
*remicet marks from walls and switches etc.

LAUNDRY
* Clean and mop floor
*Clean tubs including inside the cabinet
* taps and splash back clean
*linen cupboards inside n out
* remove all marks from walls.

Outside/Garages/Carport.
* sweep all foot paths, verandahs, garage ect
* hose down also.

INVOICE/ABN copy for tenants and Real estate/landlord.
