Would you bid on a beautiful piece of Australian art if every dollar went to childhood cancer research?
We’re going gold! September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a cause very close to my heart, and gold is the colour used around the world to represent childhood cancer awareness.
When I saw the beautiful golden wattle in Smith & Brooks’ Complanata Form I, I had a little idea. When I mentioned it to the lovely Kerrin and Jacky, they very generously offered to donate this print.
So, to celebrate our collaboration, we’re holding a Go Gold Silent Auction, with 100% of the winning bid donated to Children’s Cancer Institute.
Complanata Form I is an unframed fine art paper print valued at $340, with bidding opening at $200.
Bidding is now open and will close Wednesday 16 September at 8pm AEST.
If you’d like to place a bid, you’ll find the auction at the link in bio. And if bidding isn’t for you, I’d love you to share this post and help us spread the word.
