Our client couldn't decide between our 'Bismarck Palm' and our 'Ocelot' fabric, so we said why not do both! We love the cross over of tropical and animal here with bold botanicals layered over wild spots.

At Nine Muses we can customise any of our fabrics. We can blend multiple fabric patterns or change a colour-way to suit your scheme.

A beautiful Dogwood Blossom in bloom that I caught while walking around my garden.

The Nine Muses 'Dogwood' fabric draws from this same soft blush and dusty rose which now lives on linen instead of a branch.

Inspiration comes from everywhere although I have a very precious collection of antique hand coloured books which has inspired many of the prints from my 'Country Garden' collection.

Our beautiful Josephs Floral Fabric on this chair with a luscious gathered skirt and blush-pink piping to tie in the warmer tones.

On the chair is the colour Joy (91) followed by Eastlake (10) and Rust (55) which you can find on the Nine Muses website along with other colour ways.

Memories of a Trip to Udaipur, India...

Elements of the Udaipur Palace sparked such inspiration as I developed Nine Muses.

The first fabric Udaipur (02 Pink/ Lime) was drawn from a wallpaper that sat inside the palace dating back to the 14th Century. Udaipur Medallion (06) takes that same rosey pink and deepens it into plum and finally, Woodblock (06) combines the bold colours of fuchsia, yellow and blue in a lotus pattern.

I love how Nine Muses's Flores Paisley in Flametree has been used in this pendant. It reminds me of Istanbul, one of my favourite places, and how clever that the lines match the shape of the paisley design.

Love this image of Pomegranates taken in the markets in Istanbul. The colours are so gorgeous and juicy. Inspiration is everywhere !
