Good morning…

A little stitching first thing before I start the day. It’s a great way to plan my movements and watch a little piece of fabric grow and blossom.

Counseling, lunch with a dear friend, some chores and running kids to music lessons today then volunteer business stuff this evening. Lol… a day off from work.

I hope you have a beautiful day. I’ve put up some gorgeous new clothes (maxi dress and blouse in plus size), some scrap pack surprises and other goodies - all under new. I’d like to design some more fabric panels to fussy cut. Maybe animals or ladies etc? What do you think?

Good morning!

'Sorry I can't. The cat and I are hanging out tonight' has been popular as my new pin cushion kit that I've decided to make it into a tea towel. As we head into September and everyone starts to think about Christmas presents, I've got perfect gifts for loved ones this year.

Today, we start to build a new window for the shop for the upcoming Mount Vic Fest on Sat 12th September! There are disco balls hanging from the trees near the park and other fun stuff starting to happen.

Our tea towels are proudly made in the Central West NSW by Kim (who also has some funky jackets listed under 'Upcycled').

Have you kept your diary free Saturday 12th September?

Mount Vic Fest is a fabulous day of fun in our historic village and something myself and other businesses here are creating. We want everyone to come and have fun.

Markets at the school, pony rides, food, live music all day, circus and entertainment, zoo, whipcracking, cosplay and steampunk costume competitions, music and talks on at the museum, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang will be the feature film at Mount Vic Flicks AND I'll have some fun with Sip & Stitch 2-3pm at Mount Vic and Me.

What is that I hear you say? I'll have tables set up with little slow stitching things to play with. Enjoy a little glass of wine, get to know our creative community and enjoy the afternoon.

We've been working really hard on this and have some incredible sponsors helping us. That old Victoria Pass might be asleep for a while but we'll be having a lot of fun.
