It takes me through the mud over and over again to become the lotus flower🪷 but it’s always worth it! 🌟

My authentic expression is something I didn’t even know was a huge part of me waiting to be unleashed, to actually FEEL creativity and joy in my body and yet continue to let there be rawness & mystery.

It wasn’t until I spent years in the mud, rolling around exploring, playing and staying curious, that I begin to find & nurture the seeds that were waiting to bloom 🌱

I learnt to learn trust the impulses that led me to my own PLAY again 🌟

🌀 if we don’t get too stuck in the mud (mind), we can let our shadows become our greatest teachers and gateways to discovery of the most beautiful opportunity in meeting ourselves in the magic of creative expression🎨

❤️‍🔥Embodied Expression Workshop is this Saturday, join me,
let’s PLAY!

📍Bruns RSL Hall
