Jo Norton loves the unpredictability, physicality and community of wood firing - from stoking the kiln through the night to sharing long hours, food and stories around the fire. The result is a collection of richly textured pots, each uniquely shaped by flame, ash and atmosphere. Why does she love it so? "Each pot develops its own depth, texture and character, with marks and finishes that can’t be achieved in any other way." 🔥

\Visit Jo’s studio at M|Arts Precinct to see them in person. Open by Appointment, or when you see her door open. 😊
