“It’s always a weird day.

I’m not sure anyone try’s as hard as a mum to get it right. But many don’t, I know that and if that’s your situation I see you, I’m sending love.

To those trying, showing up, caring and loving, to those questioning and supporting, to those mums who may not be celebrated for all they do and have done and to those held on a pedestal, I see you.

To the mums with children close and those no longer here, I see you. To the mums with deep pain, loss, sadness, I see you.

I remember when I was having my last child I had an affirmation on the wall that said ‘you have the strength of all the birthing mothers behind you’ and I try and tap into that daily.
When I get it wrong or could have done better.

Mothering is the hardest job we will ever do.

We’re not sure if we can retrieve it and don’t think it’ll be up again by Mother’s Day. 😭

Small business is a tough gig at the best of times. Throw-in a staunch ethical stance AGAINST genocide and the deliberate disregard for international human rights law while alot of people just look away.

Yes, we’re not for everyone because we’ve decided that we can’t look away when humanity needs our voice most.

This has meant that some admin things have fallen by the wayside, like our website. 😞

So if you see something you would like to purchase for your mum this Mother’s Day on our FB or IG feed, just get in touch and we can tell you how much it is and whether we can deliver it to you.
