Repurposing your wedding flowers? I'm always going to be a fan. 🌿
Your ceremony florals are often only admired for 20–30 minutes before everyone heads off to celebrate. So why not let them have a second moment?
One thing I see debated online all the time is whether arbour flowers should ever end up on the bridal table. My answer? Absolutely... if it's the right fit.
I repurpose arbour flowers onto bridal tables regularly, but it's always something I discuss with my couples first.
Here's what you need to know:
• The flowers have already spent time outside, often in the sun, so they may not be quite as fresh as they were at the start of the day.
• Arbour pieces are designed to wrap around a structure and be top facing, not sit perfectly flat on a table. Sometimes they need a little reshaping, and they won't always look like they were originally designed for that space.
If you're happy with those things, repurposing is such a great way to get more value from your florals and enjoy them for the entire day instead of just your ceremony.
There are no "wedding flower rules", only what works best for you, your budget, and your vision. 🤍
Would you repurpose your ceremony flowers?
