Originally Chic Boutique was a market stall trading at the Old Bus Depot Markets in Canberra, selling a variety of handcrafted gifts and homewares. Since then life has become more complicated and challenging with the addition of two children to the family and Chic Boutique has evolved into a crafting and DIY page where I share my latest works of all varieties. I am interested in crafts of all type
s but especially love paper craft. I dabble in cake making with a particular focus on fondant work. I enjoy restoring and re-purposing old furniture and objects. I have recently become enamored with creating living art in the form of terrariums and acquascapes. I have been hired as an interior designer for residential and commercial locations. Above all, my biggest passion of late is creating themed birthday parties for my children; where my passion for meticulous detail, craft and baking can all come together to create a little bit of magic.
