MATERIALS | Finishes selection for a recent Design Intensive client.
This material palette is inspired by organic minimalism - layering warm whites, wood tones, and soft textures to create a calming, grounded atmosphere. Lime wash accents, ceramic lighting, and sheer curtains add depth and quiet sophistication, bringing warmth and balance to the home. The result? A serene sanctuary designed for relaxation and connection. A space that feels as good as it looks.

BEFORE AND AFTER | The Living Room at Lively Loft went from dark, dated, and lacking storage, to bright and airy with an abundance of storage.

With a brief to brighten the interiors and improve storage, we certainly delivered with this transformation. Inspired by the clients colourful wardrobe, the home features a bright white base with playful and unexpected additions of colour to add life and personality.

HERITAGE HOUSE | Sneak peak of the ensuite design housed in the new rear extension. Stone floors and a high stone kicker bring a modern take on heritage detailing. We are playing with assymetry in the vanity design to help balance the roof form.

LAUNDRY | The laundry at Lively Loft, small but mighty.
Due to its small size, functionality was key to ensure the laundry not only looked good but was efficient. We reworked the storage to fit in a laundry hamper, and added a pull down drying rack to save valuable floor space and maintain access to the washer/dryer (tucked around the corner).
