🥖✨ We had an amazing Bread Workshop on Sunday! ✨🥖

Thank you to everyone who came along. It was wonderful to spend the morning together, sharing knowledge, tips, and a love of bread baking.

I hope everyone learned something new, discovered techniques they didn’t know before, and enjoyed tasting different types of bread—not just learning how to make them, but also experiencing the differences in flavour and texture.

A big thank you for your enthusiasm, questions, and great company. ❤️

👉 TOP TIP TUESDAY

New to Thermomix? You might not know about the “flick trick”!

Simply turn your machine to speed 9–10 for a few seconds, or press Turbo for a quick whiz. This action helps flick anything left on the blades back onto the sides of the bowl—making it super easy to scrape down with your spatula.

It’s especially handy for icing, but also works beautifully with cookie dough, pizza or bread dough, sauces, jam, cream, cake mixtures, dips, mayo, and so much more.

Give it a try next time—you’ll be surprised how much you save from the blades!

Minden magyarnak – nem csak Thermomix tulajdonosoknak! 🇭🇺❤️

Ma egy kis toroskáposzta készült, kicsit újragondolva – természetesen a Thermomixben. 😊

A férjem toroskáposztára vágyott, itthon pedig volt egy üveg savanyú káposzta és csirkehús. Tudom, tudom… az igazihoz sertéshús illene, de úgy gondoltam, nagy baj nem lehet belőle. 😄 (A férjemről azt azért tudni kell, hogy igazi húsimádó!)

Úgy döntöttem, kipróbálom a Thermomixben, és láss csodát: tökéletesen finom lett! 🤩

A hozzávalók nagy részét a PacPines Deli üzletben be tudjátok szerezni, ahol mindig találtok finom magyar alapanyagokat. ❤️

Puha, szaftos, ízletes lett, és szinte magától elkészült. Úgy tűnik, a Thermomixben még a toroskáposzta sem lehetetlen! 😉

🍞 Portuguese Bread Experiment! 🇵🇹

As most of you know, I usually make sourdough bread every weekend. This time, I decided to try Portuguese bread instead.

What I love about this recipe is how simple it is! 😊

✅ No stretch and folds required
✅ Very easy to make
✅ Just let it prove for 2 hours, then bake it as is

The result? A beautiful loaf with a soft, fluffy texture, a lovely crust, and a light, airy crumb inside. 😍

Sometimes the simplest recipes give the best results!
