🍫💪 Chocolate mousse… with HARD BOILED EGGS?! Say whaaat?! 💪🍫

Where are my chocoholics at?! 🙋‍♀️
Now before you unfollow me and call the food police… just hear me out. I tried the viral hard-boiled egg chocolate mousse (yes. eggs. in. mousse 😳) and OMG, holy smokes Batman, it’s actually DELICIOUS. Like, hide-it-from-the-kids level good.

I was fully expecting it to taste like regret and farty sadness 🥴… but NOPE — all I got was silky chocolate goodness with 14g of protein per serve! Winning!

Here’s what you need to turn your scepticism into obsession:

🥚 6 hard-boiled eggs
🍁 3 tbsp maple syrup
🥛 150g milk (I used skinny, but you do you, boo)
🍫 30g cocoa (or less if you’ve been chocolate-deprived like me)
🍦 A squeeze of vanilla bean paste (or extract — whatever’s hanging out in your pantry)

👉 Toss it all in a food processor and blend until smooth, creamy and mousse-a-licious.
👉 Divide into 3 snack pots/bowls/fancy ramekins if you’re feeling bougie.
👉 Fridge for 30 mins (if you can wait that long).

I was skeptical too — so I started with a mini batch (2 eggs, 1/3 of everything)… but let’s just say, I’m off to buy a whole chicken coop. 🐔😂
