Repair techs must be experienced and have no fear of Autonomy!

Installers can be junior and open to learning.

It is no secret that Custom Entertainment Solutions works closely with Showtools. What is not as widely known is that we maintain a healthy Relationship with all the major distributors. Over the years we have fixed a bit of everything and heard the compliments and gripes about a good percentage of the major brands. We'll never insult any of the brands we have worked with but if you ever have questions about "the repair guys" standpoint on any product please reach out. We can either answer off the cuff or have a friend in the industry that will have an inner knowledge of the product.
