MARRY ME CHICKEN 🍗
Prep Time: 10 m
Cook Time: 20 m
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 chicken breast fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic Cold Blended Paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
⅔ cup (160 mL) thickened cream
3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Basil
2 tbsp shaved parmesan, to garnish
To Serve: steamed broccolini, brown rice, lemon wedges
Preparation
1️⃣ Season chicken and sear until golden; baste with butter and set aside.
2️⃣ Add onion and Garlic Paste; cook until softened. Stir in tomato paste, sundried tomatoes, cream, and half the Basil. Simmer until thickened.
3️⃣ Return chicken to pan, coat in sauce, and finish with parmesan and remaining Basil.
4️⃣ Serve with broccolini, rice, and lemon wedges.

Ingredients
1 small/medium wrap
2 eggs
50 g cottage cheese
50 g ham
50 g cherry tomatoes, chopped
50 g mushrooms, sliced
25 g light shredded cheese
5 g Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Herbs
Preparation
1️⃣ Line your container with the wrap and press down.
2️⃣ Crack in eggs and add cottage cheese; mix gently.
3️⃣ Add toppings and any of the Gourmet Garden range for extra flavour.
4️⃣ Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
5️⃣ Serve in the container or wrap in foil for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.

Lemongrass Chicken Meal Prep Bowls
Prep Time: 15 m

Ingredients
400 g chicken thigh
Salt, to season
Sushi rice, cooked per packet instructions
Lettuce, shredded
Carrot, julienned
Cucumber, sliced
Optional: light kewpie mayo
Marinade
60 g Gourmet Garden Lemongrass Cold Blended Paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic Cold Blended Paste
2 tbsp honey
Squeeze of lemon juice

Preparation
1. Lightly salt both sides of chicken thigh.
2. In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.
3. Add chicken, toss to coat (marinate 15–30 minutes if possible).
4. Place chicken in a lined air-fryer basket, adding any leftover marinade.
5. Air-fry at 180 °C for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through.
6. Serve with rice, lettuce, carrot, cucumber and a drizzle of mayo.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste
1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli Paste
2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 salmon fillets
To serve: cooked rice, avocado, carrot, edamame, cucumber, sesame seeds, and Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Coriander

Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix together garlic, ginger, chilli, soy sauce and honey. Coat salmon and leave to marinate.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients – cook rice and chop vegetables.
3. Pan-fry salmon until cooked through, then serve with rice and vegetables.
4. Top with sesame seeds and Lightly Dried Coriander.
