💡 THERMOMIX TIP #2 – LET YOUR BOWL BREATHE!

Made a delicious curry or something extra garlicky, but the smell is hanging around after washing? 🧄🌶️

After thoroughly cleaning your bowl and lid, leave the lid slightly open when you’re not using your Thermomix, as shown in the photo. This allows air to circulate and can help lingering cooking smells escape 😊

You can leave it like this overnight or between uses—such a simple little habit! 💚

💡 Little tip for turmeric stains!

Love a curry, but not the yellow-green lid afterwards? The turmeric in mine left a bit of colour behind!

After washing it with soapy water, leave the lid in sunlight for about an hour and the yellow staining will disappear, bringing the lid back to its original colour☀️✨

Such an easy little trick—thought I would share it here! Has anyone else tried this?

Creamy beef curry with polenta for dinner last night—and the kids absolutely loved it!

I made the Cookidoo “Creamy beef curry and rice” recipe but swapped the rice for soft, freshly cooked polenta. Only managed one quick photo before it disappeared!

For “dessert”, the kids had polenta with milk, just like we used to have when we were little… except back then, that was our main and ONLY dish!

Both recipes were so easy—even the polenta was just a matter of popping everything in and letting the Thermomix do the stirring.
I managed to bath the kids amd fold the laundry while dinner was cooking. Can we call this hands-free cooking? 😄

Anyone else grow up eating polenta with milk?
