The development - and in particular - the further development of the pilot’s watch, have long been the focus of Laco. For this reason, the Laco classic “Kiel” is being revived. Both models convince with thoughtful details and a design inspired by historical pilot watches, for which Laco stands like hardly any other brand. With the optimized case with a reduced height the Kiel.2 Schwarz has a high wearing comfort.

With the unmistakable design of a pilot watch and the high functionality of a chronograph, these sporty and elegant timepieces combine two of the most successful watch types ever. The instrument look with the characteristic triangle valued by mechanical watch lovers is inspired by the historical models of earlier times.

The timepieces are equipped with the automatic chronograph caliber Laco 500, which can be admired through a sapphire crystal caseback. It is based on the proven Swiss Sellita SW500 movement in Elaboré quality and has a power reserve of at least 56 hours.

Also in the new generation anti-reflective sapphire crystals, as well as the use of Superluminova C3 on individual elements of the dial and the thermally blued hands ensure the best readability even in poor lighting conditions and in the dark.

The case has a water resistance of 10 ATM, and is therefore suitable for almost all activities in and around water. To match, Laco offers a metal bracelet as an alternative to the black leather strap with decorative rivets.

The “Seven Seas” squad watch was developed for particularly high requirements. It impresses not only with a screw-down crown including flank protection at the 10 o’clock position and magnetic field protection; the additional helium valve also makes the model suitable for use up to 100 ATM. The matte case with unidirectional rotating bezel is black PVD coated. Two different Superluminova luminous materials have been used for the hour and minute hands, ensuring quick and easy readability. The clear dial with indexes, Arabic numerals and date at 3 o’clock, give the “Seven Seas” its unmistakable face. The sapphire crystal is double domed with an anti-reflective coating on the inside. A solid, particularly high-quality natural rubber strap with screwed buckle is firmly connected to the case by likewise screwed spring bars. With a total weight of 175 grams and a diameter of almost 46 millimeters, the “Seven Seas” is not a watch for slim wrists. This Laco is packed in a sturdy water- and dust-proof plastic case.

Its miniature and a luxury box are also provided. There are just 888 pieces available in the entire world. The FC-345 automatic movement, which powers the precise gait, is located underneath the screw-down caseback. The package is made of stainless steel and is silver in colour. The perforated brown leather strap and green dial are both influenced by automotive design. The surface of the sapphire glass-covered caseback has luminescent-coated hands, indexes, a sub-dial for the seconds hand, and a date with the days of the month. The product has a 50 metre water resistance.
