Stocking up on ginger and garlic paste - a staple for all curries Just 30 seconds on speed 8. Peeled 500g of garli in 4 minutes using the peeler.

Some useful tips:
* Sterilise bottles - leave for a few minutes in boiling water or put into warm oven
* Top with olive oil, salt and tumeric to preserve
* freeze until ready to use

Zero waste - I used corridder roots , chilli from the garden and some curry leaves
