Something special is taking shape along the wild and beautiful coastline from Port Campbell to Portland we are on a journey 🌊

Kate and Jo are creating a new book. “Of Soil & Sea” a celebration of the amazing people, places, and produce that make this region so damn unique.

Filled with rich stories, recipes, and stunning photography, this book will shine a light on our local growers, makers, who are deeply connected to the land and ocean.

It’s more than a cookbook ! it’s a tribute to a way of life.

Wow !!!! look what I got to photograph. New retreats set amongst the vines at Winery in Killarney.
They’ve just finished creating these with co. Super cosy and every detail has been taken care of so you can just relax ,eat and drink the local flavours. They are a real vibe.
