I have been a cake decorator for 19 years and also have qualifications as a pastry chef and food safety supervisor. I teach regular workshops with the Cake Decorators Association and welcome anyone to come along and try it out. Occassionally, I run my own workshops, topics including modelling, buttercream, royal icing, cookies and special occasion cakes of all kinds. I have over 25 years in the industry, including teaching, judging and cake decorating as a business.

A fantastic day with the Cake Decorators Association of Victoria CDAV - Beaconsfield /Narre Warren ladies making a Christmas Pick-Up truck cake topper. Thankyou for coming out in the worst weather and taking part in my workshop. Hopefully it was worth it, your trucks are all on their way to being finished and look great.

Very proud of my win in the Masters and also Best In Show at the Melbourne Royal show. So amazing to have my work recognised after months of work on this cake and years of perfecting my skills, and teaching others. This is a real highlight and the cherry on the cake of more than 2 and a half decades of hard work.
