I just finished reading The Lost Apothecary and discovered at the back a recipe for rosemary shortbread!
This set Tim (partner and ex Buzz Cafe owner) to wondering.
Now I not only have wombat shortbread biscuits but also Rosemary shortbread and Chilli shortbread (my fav) in store.
Keeping the shortbread company is Tim Rochfords (different Tim) addictive chocolate Florentines.
So drop in for something yummy and locally handmade.

Visiting the Southern Highlands during Tulip time? Don't forget to include Robertson in your travels. Just landed at The Local Nest is a range of books - perfect gifts for all ages and great coffee table additions. I am addicted to the working dog stories - love the one about the dog who separated his owners sheep from his neighbours as he rounds them up !!!
- and you can never go past Diary of a Wombat - still a giggle after many reads.
