Do you have a fabulous healthy delicious go to salad? Here's one I've made now and again for years: crunchy brown rice salad, great warm or cold. Today's version has black and brown rice, chopped raw carrots and capsicum, steamed chicken, pumpkin and king oyster mushrooms, pomegranate aril, pumpkins seeds, currants & dried apricots, lemon juice, h**p oil, with a dusting of furikake seasoning.

How about these quick and easy meal, broccoli stem falafel?!!!
High in FOS (fructooligosaccharides), broccoli stems are not only delicious, they are also a very useful prebiotic which helps improve digestion and nutrient absorption. Drizzled here with lat Chiu chow (chilli oil), also Thermie-made in a flash.
Very low cost, raw chick peas soaked overnight, so yummy flavour.

Delicious Turkish poached eggs breakfast. Recommended.
I paralleled poaching the eggs in my TM6 as my impressions have been that the TM7 reaches prescribed temperatures faster than the TM6, eg. with Warm Up and Kettle modes.
True enough, the TM7 eggs were finisheded 5 minutes 42 seconds before the water had boiled in the TM6.
The TM7 motor is an advance, synchronistic motor which matches its power consumption to the power available. The TM7 motor is also silent!

Both brilliant machines.

Do you like eating 5 star nourishing tasty meals which take less and ten minutes to prepare, and have you going back for 'seconds'?
I may not have been the first to make this soup from chef Mark Foreman, but I was the first to rate it, directly on my TM7.
When choosing what to cook, I'll often select the 5 star rating as a filter within Cookidoo, so I'm proffered the most well liked recipes.
