A beautiful rotary engraved brushed brass builder's plaque for Marine Concepts by Kevin Dick. 🛥️

This oval boat plaque was rotary engraved into solid brushed brass and paint-filled in black. The classic serif name, flowing script and double border give it that timeless nautical look. Unlike a surface mark, rotary engraving cuts right into the metal, so it stands up to salt spray, sun and years on the water.

We make heavy-duty industrial stickers for mining, manufacturing, construction and electrical crews across the Hunter Valley. They're made from tough vinyl with UV-stable inks, and you can add an over-laminate to keep them readable for years.

We get asked a lot about acid etching, so here's the rundown: it's a chemical process that marks the design permanently into the metal itself, rather than printing or stamping on top of it. That means no ink to fade, no coating to peel — the marking IS the surface.

Because it doesn't alter the metal's grain structure, the plate keeps its natural corrosion resistance too, which is a big deal for anything living outdoors or in a hard-working environment.
