Not everyone has a green thumb…and that’s okay.

If you have a habit of bringing plants home only to accidentally kill them, Stuart has a few recommendations for you.

These are some of the tougher, more forgiving options that are perfect if you want a great looking garden without the high maintenance.

Save this one for your next trip to The Plant Depot!

You know the classic purple Jacaranda… but have you seen the white variety? 🤍🌿

Alex is talking all things White Jacarandas and the beautiful white flowers that make these trees such a standout when they’re in bloom and when they drop.

Something a little different for the garden and an absolute showstopper when flowering.

Available at The Plant Depot.

Meet Stuart 👋

One of the faces behind The Plant Depot.
The idea behind The Plant Depot was pretty simple. Stuart and Alex saw a gap in the Newcastle market for good quality plants at genuinely affordable prices, without making the process complicated.

Transparency has always been a big part of that too. That’s why you’ll find plant prices clearly listed on the website, so you can browse, compare and know what you’re paying before you even visit.

Quality plants. Fair prices. No guesswork.

Things are heating up in Newcastle, which means it’s a great time to start thinking tropical.

If you’re looking to create a lush, tropical feel at home, Alex talks through what to consider when choosing and planting your tropicals as we head into the warmer months.

Come in and check out the range at The Plant Depot and chat to the team about what will work best in your garden.
