Spring is here and my mulberry tree is absolutely laden with mulberries.
First up mulberry pie. I cheated and used frozen puff pastry. But of course easy to make yourself.
I couldn’t find a Cookidoo recipe for the filling so did a google search and asked AI to make it into a thermomix recipe.
Brilliant!!

Making this Fake away Mongolian beef tonight. This is seriously good. Tip though, I would recommend washing the bicarb off the beef before adding to the rest of the dish. Feeds a lot of people so great for feeding a crowd or larger families.

Love my sensor! As a cook I didn’t think I needed to use one of these but I love not having to um and arh if it is ready. Sensor tells me….and it’s perfect every time.
